In 2016, they became aware of the Publicity Activities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Since they could not meet the desired criteria as a single district, the association was established with Çamlıdere district with the participation of public and private sector and NGO’s in 2017. After they became eligible in 2019 as a single district, they continued their activities as a single district again with public and private sector and the NGOs. Theme 1: Developing short supply value chains and value-added products including quality products, handicrafts and other activities for the diversification of rural economic activities. Theme 2: Developing rural tourism products based on the use of local, natural and cultural resources. Theme 3: Developing the cultural and social life of the community and supporting local organizations, associations and NGOs (including women's groups). Theme 4: Local Action Groups Network, exchange of best practices, dissemination of the IPARD Program and learning new approaches to rural development.
