It was established in December 2019. The LEADER approach and philosophy has brought action to the district. Theme 1: Developing short supply value chains and value-added products including quality products, handicrafts and other activities for the diversification of rural economic activities. Theme 2: Developing rural tourism products based on the use of local, natural and cultural resources. Theme 3: Developing the cultural and social life of the community and supporting local organizations, associations and NGOs (including women's groups). Theme 4: Local Action Groups Network, exchange of best practices, dissemination of the IPARD Program and learning new approaches to rural development.
