Investor Niyazi Kesim Cut who wants to promote the local delicacy of Bafra district of Samsun, the Bafra pide (round and flat bread with ground meat) stated that he has been involved in the restaurant business for 14 years and has 5 operational enterprises: namely 2 restaurants in Bafra, 1 restaurant in Batıpark and another branch in Dereköy opened with the support of ARDSI and 1 in Ankara. The investor employing 160 people, established the Samsun Organized Industrial Zone Bafra pide workshop, opened various boutique branches in various provinces with cold chain is planning to make all Turkish people taste Bafra pide with Niyazi Kesim brand. It is an example of good practice that benefited from the supports under IPARD.
