After learning that mushroom is a product that can be produced and sold in winter, they heard that ARDSI supported entrepreneurs and thus they devised their dreams as a project. Currently, they produce 12.5 tons of oyster mushrooms annually in the business they established as husband and wife. In the past the region was known only for cherry production, now oyster mushroom production and marketing is also conducted. By the help of this project, plant production was diversified and plant-based products were processed and marketed. It is an example of good practice that benefited from the supports under IPARD.
