Having a young and dynamic team and poised to become the domestic industrial ice cream producer of Turkey, Özkaya Ice cream consists of a food engineer, veterinarian and a joint staff with experience from grandfather and father in the ice cream sector. Its principles are to apply quality not only during the production of products, but also throughout all stages of the supply, production and distribution chain. Thanks to its special formulas, the establishment of a new modern industrial facility was achieved in order to produce ice creams with excellent taste with fully automatic machines and with zero touch in a hygienic and closed system. The facility has a daily milk processing capacity of 10 tons. It is an example of good practice that benefited from supports under IPARD.
