The high level policy paper of our country, which is the 12th Development Plan (2024-2028) was ratified by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and entered into force upon being published in the Official Gazette. Round table meetings have been initiated for the preparation of the National Rural Development Strategy (NRDS-4) document, which is being prepared in cooperation with stakeholder institutions based on the goals and policies of the 12th Development Plan

In this context, meetings were held with the relevant Institutions on environmental issues and rural/regional development matters.
Officials from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Forestry, General Directorate of Water Management, DGAR-Department of Agri-Environment and Natural Resources Protection, Department of Rural Development and Lending, Department of Integrated Administration and Control Systems, DGAR Rural Development Department and Integrated Administration and Control System Department attended the meetings coordinated by the Directorate General of Agricultural Reform, Department of Managing Authority for EU Structural Adjustment.
Round table meetings will be held with the participation of all relevant institutions on the axis of the determined thematic issues.
