The 10th official meeting of the IPARD II Program Monitoring Committee, which was held within the scope of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance-Rural Development (IPARD) of the European Union, was held on 19 November 2020 using the online meeting platform due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

IPARD Monitoring Committee meeting started with opening speeches under the chairmanship of Mr. Fatih METİN, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Faruk KAYMAKÇI, General Director of Agrarian Reform Hasan ÖZLÜ, Head of IPARD Managing Authority Dr. Osman YILDIZ, Head of Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution Dr. Muhammad ADAK, European Commission officials Iwona LISZTWAN and Liam Breslin, Minister Counsellor and Head of the Financial Cooperation Unit Andre LYS, and Leyla ALMA from the EU Delegation to Turkey, experts of the IPARD Managing Authority, General Coordinators and experts of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution, National Authorizing Officer and Audit Authority officials of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, representatives of various public institutions/ organization and relevant Non-Governmental Organizations participated in the meeting
At the meeting, Mr. Faruk KAYMAKÇI, Liam BRESLİN from the European Commission and Andre LYS from the EU Delegation to Turkey delivered speeches
.Presentations were delivered by the Managing Authority regarding the activities carried out within the framework of Calls for Applications, Contracts and payments, IPARD II Program modification, Publicity and information activities and publicity action plan, Agri-environment measure, LEADER and Rural Network activities, activities within the scope of Technical Assistance and Technical Assistance action plan and monitoring reports within the scope of IPARD II Program implementation; and the acitivities and studies within the scope of the IPARD III preparations. In addition, informative presentations were made to the members of the Monitoring Committee by the National Authorizing Officer and Audit Authority officials
.The Publicity action plan and the Technical Assistance action plan were approved by the members of the Monitoring Committee. The IPARD II program modification proposal was discussed in further detail and then it was unanimously decided to submit the proposal through written procedure to the members of the Monitoring Committee for approval
.IPARD 10th Monitoring Committee meeting, which was held with the participation of the representatives of the European Commission and the Delegation was concluded with goodwill and wishes. ;
