13TH CALL FOR APPLICATIONS ANNOUNCED UNDER THE IPARD II PROGRAMME

MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY YUMAKLI: “A COMBINED SUM OF EUR 20 MILLION IN GRANTS, RANGING FROM 50 TO 80 PERCENT, WILL BE ALLOCATED FOR THE PROJECTS” The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announced the 13th call for applications under the IPARD II Programme co-financed by the European Union. Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı announced that projects will receive a total of EUR 20 million in grants, with funding percentages ranging from 50 to 80 percent
. Under the call, the measures of “Investments in Physical Assets of Agricultural Holdings” and “Investments in Physical Assets Concerning Processing and Marketing of Agricultural and Fishery Products” will be endorsed, offering support in 42 provinces. Project proposals related to the acquisition of machinery and equipment, services, and visibility will be eligible for submission. Project proposals will receive grant support ranging from 50 to 80 percent
. Applications for “Investments for Physical Assets of Agricultural Holdings” can be submitted to the Provincial Coordinatorships of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI) in the respective province where the investment is intended to take place, from September 4-28, 2023. For “Investments in Physical Assets Concerning Processing and Marketing of Agricultural and Fishery Products”, project applications can be lodged with ARDSI Provincial Coordinatorships in the province where the investment is planned, from September 18 to October 12, 2023

The 13th Call for Applications is the last call for applications under the IPARD II Programme, which is being implemented in the provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Ardahan, Aydın, Balıkesir, Burdur, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Giresun, Hatay, Isparta, Kahramanmaraş, Karaman, Kars, Kastamonu, Konya, Kütahya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muş, Nevşehir, Ordu, Samsun, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tokat, Trabzon, Uşak, Van, and Yozgat. MINISTER YUMAKLI: “A COMBINED SUM OF EUR 20 MILLION IN GRANTS WILL BE PROVIDED” Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı emphasized the significant role of the IPARD Programme in uniting entrepreneurs with employment and production, particularly prioritizing young individuals and women across the nation and highlighted the programme’s extensive support spanning diverse sectors, including animal husbandry, milk processing, rural tourism, and renewable energy

Yumaklı highlighted that the 13th call for applications under the IPARD-II Programme will offer machinery and equipment support for the animal production and food processing sectors and said, “A combined sum of EUR 20 million in grants will be provided for the projects. May it be prospective for the beneficiaries.” ;
