The kick-off meeting for the “IPARD III Promotion and Information Activities Technical Assistance Project II" was held by the IPARD Managing Authority on July 7, 2023 in the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform meeting hall. During the meeting chaired by the head of the Managing Authority Dr. Osman YILDIZ, the details of the meetings to be held in IPARD provinces and the activities to be carried out for the effective promotion of the IPARD III Programme were discussed

Mr. YILDIZ stated that in 2023 information meetings for the supported sectors were successfully held in 20 IPARD provinces by the Managing Authority, and meetings will be organized in the remaining IPARD provinces within the scope of publicity activities for the IPARD III Programme. Mr. YILDIZ emphasized that it is aimed to inform investors and potential beneficiaries about the IPARD III Programme during the meetings, and underlined that the target is to increase the number of applications for measures under the programme and to ensure more effective use of funds

It is planned to invite representatives of CSOs, farmers, investors, development agencies, universities, public institutions and organizations and local media outlets to the publicity meetings to be held, and the aim will be to promote the IPARD III Programme to reach a wider audience.
