AFŞAR BALAM PRODUCTS BY AFŞAR PEOPLE WITH MINIMUM CARBON FOOTPRINT / ANKARA

The project was supported by Ankara Development Agency under the title of Commercialization of Local Products. In the facility that provides electricity from solar energy, local products (noodles, tarhana, tomato paste, jams, vinegar, bulgur, etc.) are produced with minimum carbon footprint and zero waste principle. Worm manure is made from waste and used in agriculture. It is an example of good practice that benefited from supports under IPARD.
