The 12th IPARD II Monitoring Committee preparatory meeting was held online on November 24, 2021 under the chairmanship of Mr. Dr. Osman YILDIZ, Deputy General Director for Agricultural Reform - Chairman of the IPARD Management Authority.
Ms. Marius Lazdinis and Krzysztof Sulima from the EU Commission; Mrs. Leyla Alma from the EU Delegation to Turkey; officials and experts of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution, National Authorization Officer from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and representatives of the Directorate of EU Affairs participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Dr. Osman YILDIZ, the Chairman of the IPARD Management Authority, informed the participants about the work performed within the scope of IPARD III preparations.
In addition, the Management Authority experts briefed on the LEADER and National Rural Network Practices, the Agricultural Environment Measure, Technical Support Practices and the activities that was carried out and will be carried out within the scope of the 2022 Action Plan.
After receiving the opinions and suggestions of the European Commission and Delegation representatives on the Programme, the meeting was terminated to meet again at the 12th IPARD II Monitoring Committee Official meeting with broad participation to be held on 25 November 2021
