The IPARD Managing Authority will visit Local Action Groups on site.
Within the scope of the LEADER measure, the Managing Authority encouraged the local public, private sector and non-governmental organizations to bring together representatives and establish Local Action Groups (LAGs). Within this context, local actors have started decision-making processes regarding the projects to be implemented in their regions and the Local Development Strategies to be implemented.
IPARD Managing Authority will be in the field to visit the Local Action Groups (LAGS) operating under the LEADER measure between 16 October– 4 November 2022. Within the scope of the program, a total of 54 LAGs will be visited in 14 provinces and mutual ideas will be exchanged. Under the Technical Assistance Project “Participation in EU Networking Events or Thematic Groups” for Managing Authority staff, Amasya, Balıkesir, Burdur, Cankiri, Canakkale, Corum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzincan, Erzurum, Kastamonu, Manisa, Samsun and Sanliurfa provinces are included in the visit route, with the participation of 14 staff. Provincial and District Directorates of Agriculture and Forestry and ARDSI Provincial Coordinators will also be visited and consultations will be held. During the visits aimed at bringing all stakeholders together; the problems encountered, solution suggestions and thoughts will be discussed and it will be emphasized that the Ministry stands by LAGs in every process. ..;
